What runs when
- Lunch special — $20
- Every day from open until 3 PM. Two empanadas, a soup or side and a soft drink. Dine-in only.
- The Loaded Hours
- Every day, 3 to 6 PM. $3, $5 and $7 plates and pours at the bar and in the dining room.
- Tapas Tuesday
- Tuesdays, 4 PM to close.
- Loaded Brunch
- Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM to 2 PM.
Finding us, and parking
We are in the Boca Park shopping center at Rampart and Charleston, on South Rampart Boulevard, in Suite 15 — minutes from Downtown Summerlin and Red Rock, and an easy run from the 215 Beltway.
Parking is free and directly outside the door. Open surface lot in the Boca Park center — no valet, no validation, no fee.
Inside, the restaurant runs over two levels: the dining room and the sangria bar downstairs, and a private banquet room upstairs used for group dining and private events.

Where is Loaded Empanadas located?
Loaded Empanadas & Tapas is at 750 S Rampart Blvd, Suite 15, Las Vegas, NV 89145, in the Boca Park shopping center at Rampart and Charleston in Summerlin, minutes from Downtown Summerlin and Red Rock.
Is there parking at Loaded Empanadas?
Yes. Free surface parking is directly outside the door in the Boca Park lot. There is no valet and no parking fee.
Do you take reservations, or can I walk in?
Both. You can reserve a table, and walk-ins are welcome at every service. Parties of 18 or more are handled through our group dining page rather than the reservation system.
Do you offer takeout and delivery?
Yes. Order online for pickup or delivery.
What time is brunch, lunch and happy hour?
The lunch special runs daily from open until 3 PM, dine-in only. The Loaded Hours run daily from 3 to 6 PM. Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Tapas Tuesday runs Tuesdays from 4 PM to close.
Can you host a private party or a large group?
Yes. There is a private banquet room upstairs that seats 40, sections of the dining room that seat 40 and 60, and a full buyout for 140. Enquiries go through our group dining page.
