Four package tiers at $25, $35, $45 and $55 per guest, all built from the same from-scratch kitchen. Group packages start at 18 guests. Final quote depends on date, guest count and package selection.

Custom menus and packages are available. If none of the four tiers fits — a different course structure, vegetarian or gluten-free needs, a beverage package, passed tapas on arrival — tell us what the night looks like and we will build the menu around it.
Empanadas are included in the Empanada Package and the Empanada Plus Package, come as a choice in the Fully Loaded Experience, and can be added to any package. A package PDF can be emailed with your proposal. Food and beverage minimums and deposits are confirmed by our coordinator for your date and space.

Group dining questions
How many guests can you seat for a private event?
The private banquet room seats up to 40 guests. Reserved section seating holds up to 40 in Section 1 and up to 60 in Section 2. A full restaurant buyout holds up to 140 guests.
Do you hold a date before a contract and deposit?
Dates are held once a signed agreement and deposit are in place. Deposit amounts and food and beverage minimums are confirmed by our event coordinator for your date and space.
Can the menu be customized for our group?
Yes. Group menus are built from the empanada, tapas and Latin plates menus, and can be adjusted for the size of your group and the length of your event.
Can you accommodate gluten-free guests at a private event?
Yes. Every empanada can be prepared with our signature gluten-free dough and is baked to order. Loaded Empanadas is not a dedicated gluten-free facility and cross-contact remains possible, so tell us about allergies and sensitivities in advance.
Do you host business meetings and corporate dinners?
Yes. The upstairs banquet room has a 100-inch projection screen, PA system, microphone and Wi-Fi, which suits presentations, training sessions and client dinners.
What audio and visual equipment is available?
A PA system, microphone, 100-inch projection screen and Wi-Fi are available. Tell your coordinator what you plan to present so the room is set before guests arrive.
Can we buy out the whole restaurant?
Yes. A full buyout covers both levels and the full bar for up to 140 guests, with a dedicated service team.
Do you cater events at other locations?
Yes. Pickup, delivery and on-site catering are available for offices, homes and other venues. See the catering page for details.
When do you need our final guest count?
Final guest counts are confirmed with your event coordinator ahead of the event date. The exact deadline is set in your event agreement.
